The Government of Austria offered Moldova the equivalent of 1.8 million lei for equipping the workshops of a number of vocational schools, IPN has learned from the Professional Capacity Building Institute.

The schools are situated in Corbu village of Rezina district, Alexandreni village of Sangerei district and in Balti town - Vocational School No. 1. They prepare qualified sanitation locksmiths and fitters for maintaining and repairing electrical equipment. The official opening of the workshops will take place this week.

The workshops will annually enable 100-150 students to benefit from training in line with the current needs of the national companies.
