Eight schools of the Transnistria region that are administered by the Ministry of Education received furniture for classrooms, by 15 computers, projectors, laptops and other teaching aids needed to ensure a education process of a high level, IPN reports.

The goods to the value of about 1.5 million lei were provided by the Chisinau City Hall as a donation and in logistic support. The handover of the donation was organized by the General Division of Education, Youth and Sport of the Chisinau Council in cooperation with the Reintegration Office. 

The eight Moldovan-administered Latin-script schools are: the theoretical lyceums “Evrica” of Rybnitsa, “Lucian Blaga” of Tiraspol, “Alexandru cel Bun” of Bender, “Stefan cel Mare si Sfant” of Grigoriopol, and “Mihai Eminescu” of Dubasari; the secondary schools “Roghi” and “Corjova” of  Dubasari, and the Bender Boarding School for Orphans.
