The directors and vice directors of public institutions will be appointed and fired by the founders. The draft decision to modify the procedure was approved in the April 29 meeting of the Cabinet, IPN reports.
According to the author of the draft decision, which is the State Chancellery, the procedure is modified with the aim of ensuring the continuity of the activity of public institutions or central administrative authorities and of standardizing the procedure.
As a result, the constitution documents of the Electronic Governance Agency, the Public Services Agency, the Information Technology and Cyber-Security Service, the Social Investment Fund, the State Information Agency “Moldpres”, the Investment Agency and other institutions will also be modified.
Also, by a unit of vice director was introduced at two of the public institutions.
