Dignity and Truth Platform makes call to pro-European parties

The Party “Dignity and Truth Platform” (PPPDA) called on the pro-European parties to combine forces so as to save the European course of Moldova. The party said it is ready to cooperate with its opponents at the November 5 local elections so as to find a better, nicer formula for the residents of Chisinau and not to disperse the pro-European political vote, IPN reports.

“There are many people who realize the risks to which the Republic of Moldova will be subjected, political risks, beyond the problems related to corruption and the incapacity of the current government and the heads of the law enforcement and regulatory agencies to stop the phenomena,” the party’s chairman Dinu Plîngău stated in a news conference.

According to him, all the people who realize the real risks should unite. Dinu Plîngău urged to have discussions and identify the best solutions and not to admit to the electoral competition pro-Moscow messages that are now hidden behind pro-European messages of candidates who aim to thwart Moldova’s European course.

“I’m sure there are many candidates who can propose very good things for Chisinau. We are willing to cooperate with those candidates so as to find a better, nicer formula for the residents of Chisinau and not to disperse the pro-European political vote or at least to coordinate particular messages in the current election campaign so that the political risks to the Republic of Moldova are as small as possible,” stated Dinu Plîngău.
