The Diaspora Congress, the 10th edition, held in the context of the Diaspora Days, will take place on Friday at the Palace of the Republic. The event will offer compatriots the opportunity to interact with public authorities, and also to learn more about governmental services and programs.
The next day, on August 19, starting at 09:00, entrepreneurs are expected at the Digital Park to participate in the Diaspora Business Forum, where they will discover economic trends and investment opportunities in the Republic of Moldova.
The Diaspora Days will culminate with a theatrical performance at the Chisinau Train Station, where on August 19, at 6:30 p.m., actors of the Mihai Eminescu National Theater will perform a play dedicated to migration.
This year, the theme of the Diaspora Days is “Moldova sunt EU”, which translates as “Moldova is ME”, while also being a pun reflecting Moldova’s EU membership aspirations.
