Ion Ciontoloi, MP on behalf of the “Moldova Noastra” Alliance Party, will renounce his mandate in exchange for the president’s office of Causeni district, a position he earned in the June 3 elections. Those two offices are incompatible, and Ciontoloi has told reporters he will vacate the MP position.
