Deposits with BEM to be paid back within second stage

A sum of 65 million lei was earmarked in the 2012 draft state budget law for paying back the money deposited at Banca de Economii (BEM) at the second stage, according to the 1 leu – 2.5 Russia rubles ratio, Info-Prim Neo reports. In a program on Radio Moldova, Minister of Finance Veaceslav Negruta said that an extra 18.7 million lei will be allocated for paying back the deposits to all the applicants, who did not manage to receive the moony at the first stage for different reasons, by making amendments to the state budget law for this year. At the first stage, the first 1,000 lei was paid back according to the 1 leu – 1 Russian ruble ratio. The depositors will be able to receive the money from December 1, this year.
