Declaration of Independence will be posted in all courtrooms
The Declaration of Independence of Moldova will be displayed in all the courtrooms. An ordinance to this effect was made by Minister of Justice Alexandru Tanase and the president of the Supreme Council of Magistrates Dumitru Visternicean, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting the Ministry of Justice's press service.
The ordinance says the move is aimed at developing the patriotic spirit of the judges and ensuring the solemnity of the hearings.
In order to facilitate the implementation of the ordinance, the Ministry of Justice imprinted the Declaration of Independence for all the courtrooms. The presidents of the national courts are to take them from the Ministry.
On August 27, 2010, it is 19 yeasts since Moldova proclaimed its independence.
