The Chisinau public heat utility announced that the period of the repair works carried out on the heat pipes on the section of 31 August 1989 St between the streets Sfatul Tarii and G. Banulescu Bodoni was modified, IPN reports.

According to a communiqué from SA Termocom, the works were to be completed on July 31, but the deadline was extended until August 12. From that day, the street will be reopened for traffic.

The works to repair the heat pipes started on June 29.
