Day of Prayer held for Moldovan migrants
Moldovans are invited on Sunday, December 6, to join the National Day of Prayer dedicated to the persons affected by migration, Info-Prim Neo reports.
Bessarabian Church's social arm Mission Diaconia, the organizer of the event, says the prayers are aimed to support “those who are far away from their homes, those who are left behind, those affected by migration, as well as the victims of human trafficking”.
Also, as part of the Day of Prayer, there will be announced the winners of a competition organized by the Bessarabian Church and the International Mission for Migration's Office in Moldova to award “the best activity for the prevention of trafficking in humans” in a given community.
