Prime Minister Pavel Filip approved of the institution of the daily allowance and of the regulations, saying this document is socially important as it helps increase the welfare of children who remained without parental care and also contributes to developing the individual abilities to efficiently manage the own money.

As of April 1, 2019, the daily allowance will be indexed.
