Vice champion Dacia on September 29 beat Speranta Crihana Veche 7-0 in the tenth National Division stage. It is the third consecutive victory scored by Igor Negrescu’s team after the 7-1 win over Academia and the 4-1 win over Milsami, IPN reports.
Striker Milos Krkotic scored again two goals and became the championship’s top scorer. The player of the Montenegro national team so far scored eight goals, as Veris striker Viorel Frunza and Henrique Luvannor of Sheriff.
The other goals for Dacia in the match against Speranta were scored by Maxim Mihaliov, Oleg Molla, Akhmet Barakhoev, Eugeniu Cociuc, and Ghenadie Orbu.
Dacia comes third in the rankings with 19 points, by six fewer than the leader Sheriff and by two fewer than FC Tiraspol.
The other matches of the tenth round ended as follows: Sheriff – Dinamo-Auto 3-0, Academia – Milsami 0-0, FC Costuleni – Veris 2-3, Olimpia – FC Tiraspol 0-3, and Rapid – Zimbru 0-1.
The last stage of the competition will take place on October 5-6. A two-week pause will follow during which the national squad will play matches against San Marino and Montenegro of the 2014 World Cup preliminaries.
