Dacia indignant at 3-3 draw with FC Tiraspol

Dacia led two times on the field of FC Tiraspol, but didn’t manage to win. The match ended in a 3-3 draw. Dacia coach Igor Negrescu believes this is because of the atmosphere created before the match, when the team was held up at a so-called Transnistrian customs post for 40 minutes, IPN reports.

“They verified out passports for 100 times. I think this fact influenced our game,” Igor Negrescu stated for the team’s official website. He expressed his dissatisfaction with the performance of the central fullbacks in the match against FC Tiraspol. “The fullbacks played poorly. They shouldn’t have made a mistake when the third goal was scored.”

Dacia thus failed to come closer to the leading Sheriff that drew the derby against Zimbru 1-1. Veris remains second after beating Olimpia 3-0.

FC Costuleni defeated Rapid 3-0 and is now fourth. After this defeat, Rapid coach Sergiu Secu tendered his resignation, invoking the poor financial situation of the team. Dinamo-Auto beat Academia 6-0, while Milsami won the first match after four stages against Speranta 3-2.

The next round will take place on October 25-27 according to the following program: Speranta - Costuleni, Academia - FC Tiraspol, Milsami - Dinamo-Auto, Dacia - Zimbru, Olimpia – Rapid, and Sheriff - Veris.
