Dacia draw 1-1 with Spartak Moscow

Dacia Chisinau began their training campaign in Turkey with a draw against Russian giants Spartak Moscow on January 18. The match ended 1-1, Info-Prim Neo reports. The current Moldovan league leaders broke the deadlock on 12th minute, when Georgian Levan Korgalidze scored from the spot. The Russians came close to scoring at the beginning of the second half, but Alex failed to convert a penalty kick. However, Spartak leveled the game a few minutes later through Dziuba’s goal. Dacia fielded a few players on trial such as Nigerian Collins and Russian Septikti. Last year, Dacia played Spartak in a friendly as well. Then, the Russian vice champions bested Dacia 1-0. Dacia’s next fixture is on Saturday, January 22, against Dynamo Moscow. Renowned Moldovan midfielder Alexandru Epureanu plays for Dynamo.
