Vice champion Dacia played the third consecutive match without scoring a victory and diminished thus its chances of competing for tittle in the National Division this season. The ‘yellow wolves’ ended the year with a defeat in Balti: 1-0 for Zaria, IPN reports.

The only goal was scored by fullback Andrei Novicov in the 72nd minute. As a result of this victory, Zaria climbed to the second spot, being four points ahead of the leader Milsami. The team from Balti could be outstripped by Sheriff, which plays at home against Academia in the evening of December 10. Instead, Dacia closed the year the fourth, being 11 points behind Milsami.

In another match of the 19th stage, Dinamo-Auto and Zimbru drew 1-1. Zagaevski opened the score for Zimbru in the third minute, while Mudrac tied in the 41st minute.
