Cypriots take revenge on Moldovan squad

Moldova’s national futsal team lost the second friendly match played against Cyprus abroad by 2-6, Info-Prim Neo reports. The Cypriots started the game forcefully and scored three goals in 11 minutes. The Moldovans played better in the second half of the game, when Sergiu Tacot and Andrei Vicolas managed to narrow the difference. Towards the end, the hosts scored another three goals. Thus, Cyprus took revenge on Moldova for the 3-2 defeat suffered two days ago. The two matches form part of the preparatory program preceding the first 2014 European Championship qualifiers. Vladimir Vusatyi’s team will play two more friendlies, against Belarus, on January 15 and 16. During January 22-27, Moldova will play in the same preliminary group as Malta and Georgia.
