Leuseni customs service of Moldova did not allow a French citizen to enter Moldova because he presented false car papers. According to the Customs Press and PR Service, the French citizen aged 55 attempted to cross the border of the Republic of Moldova with a “Renault”, saying that he is going to visit some friends. The customs guards observed that the information of the matriculation warrant and car documents are not matching. The French citizen was not allowed to cross the state border. In the same day two Russian citizens, having only a map and EUR 40 illegally attempted to cross the state border, in order to reach Europe. The customs patrol observed due to the special thermovision devices 2 persons who were trying to cross the state border. As a result of the actions undertaken by the service, two Russian citizens aged 41 and 46 have been arrested. At present the law-enforcement bodies try to establish their identities.
