The best footballer and coach of the world are chosen by the coaches and captains of all the national football teams. Alexandru Curteian and Alexandru Epureanu named the goalkeeper of the national team of Germany Manuel Neuer as best world footballer of 2014, while the coach of the German team Joachim Low – as the best world coach, IPN reports.

Epureanu also placed on the rostrum two players of Bayern Munchen - Thomas Muller and Arjen Robben, while Curteian named Robben as the second best footballer and Lionel Messi as the third best footballer of the world.

The best world footballer and coach of 2014 will become known on January 12, 2015 at a gala in Zurich, Switzerland.
