The court banned grandparents from coming close to their biological grandson at the request of prosecutors. The order of protection is valid for 90 days but can be extended, IPN reports.
The Prosecutor General’s Office issued a communiqué, saying the prosecutors went to court following a police notification. The grandparents banned the child form seeing his mother and abused him and his mother psychologically.
According to the prosecutors, since 2011 until recently the minor had been under the supervision of his grandparents, who are the parents of the child’s mother. Though guardianship of the grandchild was annulled in 2011, the grandparents refused to allow the mother to take her son.
The court obliged the grandparents to stay away from the child’s place of residence, not to contact him and not to visit him.
