The Consumer Protection Agency found a number of culinary and patisserie products with a future production date on the package sold in a supermarket in Chisinau. The products were withdrawn from sale, IPN reports.

The indicated production hour was 12.35 and, respectively, 13.44 at a time when the inspector purchased them at 10.57.

The Agency’s inspectors also established that some of the products didn’t have sticker prices. A batch of patisserie products was past the sell-by date, while a lot of condensed milk didn’t contain information for consumers in the official language.

The economic entity faces a fine of 2,000 to 3,600 lei.
