Children with visual and hearing impairments will participate in a creation festival titled “Life Together”. The participants will be selected at specialized institutions during September 23-25. The winners will take part in the gala concert as part of the international conference “Poor Sight – Theory and Practice”. The conference will take place in Chisinau on October 31. Over 120 specialists from European states and the U.S., parents, official representatives and businesspersons have been invited to the event. “This festival is designed to develop the creative potential of the children with disabilities,” Valentina Lebedev, the president of the Association of Disabled Children and Young People “Vita”, has told Info-Prim Neo. The invitees will have the possibility of seeing unique works made by children with impairments. There will be organized different contests. A concert will be given by the Russian singer Diana Gurtskaia and Moldova’s Geta Burlacu, Nely Ciobanu and Natalia Gordienco. The festival is organized by the Association of Disabled Children and Young People ”Vita” in cooperation with the General Division of Education, Youth and Sport of Chisinau. The partner of the festival is Diana Gurtskaia’s foundation “The Heart is Calling”.
