COVID-19 claims two more lives in Moldova

The COVID-19 disease caused two more deaths in Moldova. The victims are a 62-year-old man from Glodeni district and a woman aged 66 from Orhei district, IPN reports, quoting the Ministry of Health, Labor and Social Protection.

According to the Ministry, the man was admitted to the Glodeni District Hospital on April 13, while the woman was admitted to the Orhei District Hospital the same day and was transferred to the National Clinical Hospital on April 15. The woman suffered from mixed cardiomyopathy and diabetes.

The death toll from COVID-19 in Moldova now stands at 46.
