During the state of emergency of last March-May, not all the actions taken by the Ministry of Health complied with the requirements imposed by the realities that necessitated managerial skills first and foremost, shows a report that was presented at the Court of Auditors. It was determined that some of the decisions were taken in conditions of panic, IPN reports.

In parallel with the strengthening of the provision process, doctors since the start of the pandemic have changed five clinical treatment protocols, in accordance with the WHO requirements.

Despite the impetrative of digitization, the Moldovan health system does not have a common information system. As a result, of the 125 public health facilities, 70 haven’t yet presented the demand for protective suits. Also, the Centralized Procurement Center is permanently engaged in the distribution and redistribution of goods, but there is no possibility of seeing the real equipment level of hoopsters at present.
