The Government approved a number of amendments to the legislation, adjusting the disciplinary regime of the judges, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to Minister of Justice Alexandru Tanase, the amendments oblige the courts to publish the decisions passed by the them on their websites. Under them, the judges will have to inform the courts and the Supreme Council of Magistrates about any attempt to influence the decision in the examined cases. Alexandru Tanase said the modifications are designed to ensure the independence of the judiciary and to protect the judges.
