The Moldovan-Romanian border crossing point “Costești-Stânca” resumes operations at 8am on July 8. Both passenger traffic and freight traffic are restored by maintaining particular travel restrictions imposed during the pandemic. The decision was taken by the customs ad border authorities of the Republic of Moldova, IPN reports.
As a result, the number of functional border crossing points will rise to 24.
The Border Police and the Customs Service call on the passengers and freight carriers to inform themselves only from official sources about the border crossing conditions imposed in the countries of destination, including in the transit ones.
