The ferry border crossing point Cosăuți-Iampoli was reopened on June 6 after being nonfunctional for 15 days. It was closed after the level of water in the Nistru River rose considerably, IPN reports, with reference to the Border Police.
Earlier this week, after a pause of almost two weeks, the ferry border crossing point Soroca-Tsekinovka also resumed work after being closed for the same reason.
Currently, all the national border crossing points are functional.
