The hovercraft border crossing point Cosauti-Iampoli resumed work after it was closed on July 27 following the rise in the level of water in the Nistru River. By this afternoon, the hovercraft border crossing points Soroca-Tsekinovka (interstate and local) will also become functional after technical works are completed there, IPN reports.
According to the Border Police, there is now heavy traffic through the Palanca-Maiaki-Udobnoe border crossing point. A line of about 60 motor vehicles formed at the exit from Moldova.
Therefore, the participants in transfrontier traffic are recommended to cross the state border through the Tudora-Starokazacie border crossing point that works as usual.
