Lab tests didn’t confirm the presence of the novel coronavirus in the seven children and adults who recently returned from Italian risk areas, IPN reports, with reference to the Ministry of Health, Labor and Social Protection.

Earlier, the samples taken from another three persons who returned from Italy, two grownups and a child, also tested negative for COVID–19.

According to the Ministry, Moldova has got no case of infection with the novel coronavirus so far.

In Italy, the COVID–19 virus was detected in two Moldovan women. They are currently in a good state of health.
