Convenient center for children with disabilities and from socially deprived families

The children with disabilities and from socially deprived families will be able to attend the center “Renadtere” (‘Renaissance’) that was opened after extensive repair. The children say that after renovation, the center is more convenient and brighter and are glad that they will attend dance, sport, embroidery, music and other kind of courses, Info-Prim Neo reports. “This opening took place owing to a fruitful cooperation with generous people. As the municipal budget is very modest, we could not contribute to the renovation of the building,” said the head of the municipal Child Rights Protection Division Svetlana Chifa. “We hope that after the reconstruction, the center will be attended by more children than earlier.” Senior teacher of the Ciocana Child Rights Protection Division Marina Lalachina said that 15 volunteers of the charity foundation “Generous People” will work at the center. Besides the activities organized at the center, the children will visit museums and theaters and will have dance, sport and music seminars. For children with severe disabilities, there will be held kinetotherapy and massage sessions. They will be also helped by psychologists and logopedists.. “The children here become more communicable, integrate easier in the society and make new friends. They can entertain themselves and do what they want,” said the center’s head Olga Ciornai. Ianus Rotaru aged 10 said he will often go to the center as he feels good there because he can relax and learn. The center will work from 9.00 until 18.00. The disabled children will be brought to the center by units of transport of the charity foundation “Generous People”. The community center for children and youth “Renastere” is located at 22 Podul Inalt St.
