Controversial TV show to be considered by Broadcasting Regulator

The Broadcasting Coordinating Council (BCC) is soon to take an attitude as to the licentious language used in the show “Tales with Masks” broadcasted by the NIT TV station, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting the Parliament’s press service. During the sitting of April 1, the Steady Bureau of the Parliament notified the BCC as to the indecent language used in relation with the country’s legislature in the controversial show. Attending the meeting, BCC chairman Gheorghe Gorincioi said the institution had got complaints from citizens as to the obscene language in the show. He said the notifications were to be considered soon at the BCC’s sitting of 8 April. Earlier deputy president of the Democratic Party Igor Klipii had harshly slammed that TV show. The parliamentarian was indignant at nobody taking attitude as to the troublesome media product. In his notification, Igor Klipii asks to insert the screen sign prohibiting minors under 16 years to watch the mentioned show, on reason that its language and intellectual charge can have degrading effects on children’s psyche.
