Parliament announced a contest to fill the vacant post of director of the Administration Board of the National Agency for Energy Regulation (NAER). The candidates must have Moldovan nationality, integrated higher education in technology, economy, financing or law and at least 10 years’ working experience in one of these areas and at least three years’ experience in an administrative post, IPN reports.
The candidates must also have an unblemished reputation and full working capacity and must not have been banned from holding particular posts or performing particular activities. They must not be party members when they submit the application to take part in the contest and must not have reached the retirement age.
Those who want to take part in the contest must write an own responsibility statement to show they are not in a situation of conflict of interests and a statement whereby to promise that they will vacate the posts incompatible with that of NAER director if they are named to this post, within 30 days.
The files should be submitted to the examination commission based in office 521, fifth floor of the Parliament Building or sent to the email address ceb@parlament.md between January 2 and 20.
The regulations governing the activity of the NAER provide that the Agency’s Administration Board has five directors. Currently, there are four directors in office, one post being vacant.
