End-users’ debts for heat to SA Termocom endanger the preparations for the new heating season, the supplier warned, calling upon all the consumers to pay their bills, Info-Prim Neo reports. The administration of SA Termocom said some of the planned works aimed at preparing the system for the new heating season cannot be fully executed because it does not have enough money. “Such a situation is mainly due to end-users’ debts. We call on the consumers to pay their bills on time and on those who have debts to settle them in the nearest future,” the heat supplier says in a press release. Only 78.7% of the consumers paid the heat bills by July 1, as against 83.8% on the same date last year. The debts total 836 559 900 lei, 261 379 600 lei of which represent debts for current consumption. The level of payments in the housing stock is 77%.
