The Cabinet updated the nominal composition of the Consumer Protection Coordination Council in connection with the restructuring generated by the central public administration reform, IPN reports.
The Council will be chaired by Iuliana Dragalin, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure. The director of the Nation al Food Safety Agency Gheorghe Gaberi and director of the Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance Agency Iurie Eremia will serve as deputy chairmen.
Among the 23 members are officials of a number of ministries, the main regulatory agencies, the National Bank of Moldova and of the Customs Service as well as of public consumer protection organizations.
