The Consumer Protection Agency will carry out an information campaign in the markets of the municipalities of Chisinau, Balti and Cahul until April 29. Members of the Agency are making visits to markets to discuss with consumers and business entities, IPN reports.

According to a press release of the Agency, the specialists will answer the questions put by consumers and business entities and will offer free advice about the safety of goods, products and services, the rights and obligations of consumers, the correct methods of selecting and returning goods, of submitting petitions and of demanding a refund.

The visitors of the markets and the companies selling there will also be familiarized with provisions of the normative and legal documents concerning the protection of consumers’ rights.
