Consular Section of Romania’s Embassy in Chisinau modifies work program

As of January 4, 2021, the Consular Section of the Embassy of Romania in Chisinau will have an adjusted program of work with the public so as to ne able to deal with more applications and requests, IPN reports.

Such consular services as the issuing of notarial documents, civil status documents, passports and visas and oath taking could be requested from Monday through Friday, between 8am and 1pm and between 2pm and 4pm. The civil status documents and visas will be released from Monday through Friday between 8am and 1pm. Passports will be released from Monday through Friday 2pm and 4pm.

Appointments can be scheduled only through www.econsulat.ro. Access to the Consular Section is allowed only with face masks, without symptoms associated with COVID-19, by maintaining physical distance and presenting the email that confirms the appointment date.

At most eight persons will be allowed to enter the waiting hall simultaneously. The applicants are asked not to come to the Consular Section accompanied by minors.
