Constraint elimination system must be studied well before putting it into practice at companies, businessmen

“The level of education is the greatest constraint in Moldova and we should make considerable effort to overcome it,” Minister of Agriculture and Food Industry Valeriu Cosarciuc said during a conference on competitiveness organized by the consultancy companies TOC Business Consulting, Proera and their partners for businessmen, Info-Prim Neo reports. The program “Rethink Moldova” that was presented at the donor consultative meeting held in Brussels in March is aimed at removing the constraints and solving the problems by mobilizing the internal resources, especially the intellectual ones, Valeriu Cosarciuc said. TOC Business Consulting director Alexei Gutaga said the seminar will focus on the possibilities of creating competitive advantages for companies by improving the mechanisms for purchasing and distributing products, planning correctly the costs at companies. There will be presented case studies. One of them refers to EFES Vitanta, which became one of the most efficient in the EFES group of companies within a short period of time. Nicolas Nicula, the president of Acvila Grup that includes Covoare-Ungheni, Moldabela and a number of Romanian and Ukrainian companies, said the constraint elimination system was implemented at businesses that form part of the group and produced results. This system should be studied well before putting it into practice at companies, said the businessman, quoted by Info-Prim Neo.
