The commander of the Patrol and Sentinel Regiment “Scut”, Constantin Avornicu, was appointed, through the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs, as vice commissioner of Chisinau municipality, head of the municipal Police. Avornicu replaced Petru Corduneanu, who had held this position for about 3 years. According to the disposal, Petru Corduneanu was transferred to the office of head of the State Guard Department.
