The members of the Union of Technical-Scientific Societies of Moldova will come together on Wednesday, June 21, at the IV-th Congress, convened once in five years. The Congress delegates are to assess the union’s activity of the period since the last forum, under the conditions of the increased number of members after it was joined by public organizations, public institutions and common citizens. According to certain sources of the union, one of the achievements is preserving the organization’s patrimony, in spite of the attempts to dispossess the union of its headquarters on the avenue Stefan cel Mare, 200. At the same time, another achievement is founding, beside the union, of the Informational technical-Scientific center and the Public Association „The European University”. The members of the formation also contributed to creation and organizing the activity of the scientific-practical incubator on the ground of the Scientific Researches Institute „Eliri” SA. Concomitantly, there were organized national and international symposiums and conferences, projects were implemented, books published, monographs and dictionaries, and materially disadvantaged students have benefited of scholarships provided by the union. The Congress delegates shall discuss the activity plans for the next 5 years, emphasizing, especially, the revival of the activity of the branch. The IV-th Congress of the Union of technical-Scientific Societies of Moldova starts its works on June 21, at 11.00 in its headquarters on the avenue Stefan cel Mare, 200 of the capital.
