The four-year-old girl from Vulcănești, who was transported to the Mother and Child Institute in Chisinau by a SMURD team by air after she swallowed an object, already breathes independently and is conscious to a particular extent. However, her state remains serious.
“She remains in the surgical intensive care unit,” spokesman for the Mother and Child Institute Maxim Cazacu has told IPN.
