An unordinary exhibition of paintings, national furnishings and elements of theater and dance was opened at the Romanian Language House “Nichita Stanescu”. The works belong to plastic artist Natalia Cheornaya, Info-Prim Neo reports. “Natalia planned to mount this extraordinary exhibit and managed to show that she has a great heart and that she lives for what is beautiful and through what is beautiful. I sincerely congratulate her and wish her success,” said the House’s head Alexandru Bantos. The exhibited paintings represent floral images and human portraits made in oil on canvas. “My art is conceptual. Conceptualism is a method aimed at representing ideas that show the human essence,” said Natalia Cheornaya. According to her, the term of conceptual art entered the artistic vocabulary in 1960 and appeared for the first time in New York. At the opening of the exhibition, students of the theater school headed by Natalia Cheornaya made a connection between the theater, dance and painting, representing themselves the painting images. Natalia Cheornaya is a panther, choreographer and body-art master. She founded the conceptual art theater in Moldova.
