The composition of the Filip Government was decided and most of the ministries will be managed by the Democratic Party (PDM), journalist Valeriu Saharneanu, former MP of the Liberal Party and currently heavyweight of the Liberal Reformist Party, stated in the program “Place for dialogue” on Radio Moldova station, IPN reports.

“It’s known that the Cabinet was already formed. The important decisions are not taken in Parliament, but outside the state institutions,” stated Saharneanu.

The journalist considers the PDM will take over most of the ministries that were controlled by the Liberal Democratic Party. “The one who manages the Democratic Party from behind wants to gain full control over the Ministry of the Interior and the Ministry of Defense so as to strengthen further his positions,” said the former lawmaker.

Within a live phone call, Ion Balan, one of the seven Lib-Dems who signed in support of candidate for premiership Pavel Filip, said some of the ministries could be further managed by the PLDM. “We are few in number in the parliamentary coalition and cannot keep all the ministries. We wil probably continue to manage some of the ministries. We haven’t yet agreed which ones,” stated the MP.
