The residents of Chisinau municipality whose apartments are equipped with electric ranges can ask for the compensation of 25% of the electricity bill. The required set of documents should be presented to the housing sector manager, while in the case of suburban settlements to the local mayor’s office, IPN reports.

Applications can be filed until this yearend. The compensation will be transferred to the district head’s offices that will provide money in cash to the beneficiaries.

Under a decision adopted recently by the Chisinau Municipal Council, compensations will be offered for this November and December.
