Company working in Moldova intends to export plastic items worth about €3m to EU
The foreign-owned company Vefa Pack SRL plans to export plastic items to the value of about €3 million to the European Union this year and to develop economic ties with foreign partners, Info-Prim Neo has learned from the Ministry of the Economy.
Last year, the company invested about $300,000 in purchasing equipment and creating the production infrastructure.
Vefa Pack SRL started to manufacture goods in January 2010. It employs 20 persons. The first consignment of finished products was exported to Germany on February 26. It included about 21 tonnes of plastic objects.
The company was registered as a resident of the free entrepreneurship zone Otaci – Business Production Park.
