The director and manager of a company based in the municipality of Balti were maltreated and threatened with death by two individuals wearing balaclavas. The police arrested two suspects aged 18 and 19, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to a communiqué from the Ministry of the Interior, the young men, who are native of Balti, entered the storehouse of a company and ill-treated and threatened with death the company’s director and manager. Afterward, they stole money, victims’ golden jewels and a notebook. The damage was assessed at over 48,000 lei. When searching the home of one of the suspects, the police found a pneumatic pistol, two balaclavas and the stolen notebook. The men are investigated outside prison and face 6 to 10 years in jail.
