The company Rodanpol was deprived of the right to be a resident of the free entrepreneurship zone Expo Business Chisinau after it was established that it kept drugs of a dubious quality in insanitary conditions, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting a communique from the Center for Combating Corruption and Economic Crime. The Ministry of Health notified the investigation bodies after a commission of experts identified serious violations in registering the discovered pharmaceutical products. An order suspending the registration of the given medications was issued on March 24. The laboratory tests showed three types of the drugs found in the storehouse of Rodanpol SRL do not meet the quality standards and will be destroyed. As a result, the administration of Expo Business Chisinau deprived the company of the right to work on the zone's territory. The Center for Combating Corruption and Economic Crime asked the Customs Service to hold an internal inquiry to identify the employees who allowed medications to enter the free entrepreneurship zone without checking if the resident company has special storehouses for keeping them.
