Communists get lowercase sensitive
The Communist Party is going to sue the Central Election Commission (CEC) – announced its leader Vladimir Voronin – after the CEC spelled the name of a Communist candidate in lowercase in the ballot papers used for snap mayoral elections in a Glodeni village, Info-Prim Neo reports.
Last Sunday, Communist candidate Zinovia Timinskaia was defeated by Democrat Mihail Ursu in a runoff by 47.06% to 53.3%.
