The Communist parliamentary group will not attend the September 21 sitting of the legislative body, which is the first of the autumn-winter session. The announcement was made through a press release, IPN reports.
The press release says the sitting, which has a “special” theme, is a new proof of the usurpation of the power in the state. “Pursuing their own goals, the Democrats showed that they do not take into account the procedures, the rule of law and the rights. From our viewpoint, this is contempt for parliamentarianism, the law enforcement agencies and what remained of democracy in the Republic of Moldova,” said the Communists.
According to them, the Moldovan state was confiscated and divided between two parties, the Party of Socialists and the Democratic Party, and only their removal from power will mean return of sovereignty to the people and return of things in Moldova to normality.
