The MPs of the Communist group drafted a simple motion against Minister of Defense Anatol Salaru for the reason that the situation in the defense sector has permanently worsened, while the armed forces are managed unprofessionally, IPN reports.

According to a press release of the group, the minister of defense shows an irresponsible attitude to the state’s security and national defense, while his rhetoric refers exclusively to Moldova’s entry into NATO and its union with Romania. “This position is promoted not only in the country, but also within the official visits abroad,” it is said in the press release.

In this connection, the Communist group submitted to all the parliamentary groups the proposal to support the given initiative by signing the simple motion against the minister of defense.
