Communist MP Grigore Petrenco requested that the Speaker provide explanations over the meeting that he had on Wednesday with managers of state institutions and agencies. “Mister Lupu, you exceeded your authority. As who did you call that meeting?” asked the lawmaker. The Head of Parliament said he took notice of the question, but Grigore Petrenco insisted that he be provided with an answer. As a result, Marian Lupu disconnected the microphone into which the MP was speaking. Dissatisfied that they were not allowed to intervene, the Communist lawmakers started to tap.
