The conditions and limits of using physical strength, special means and firearms will be the same for all the employees of law enforcement bodies, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting a bill to this effect. Under the bill, among the main subjects of the law are the employees of the Security and Information Service, the Ministry of the Interior, the Center for Combating Corruption and Economic Crime, the Civil Protection and State Guard Service, the Customs Service, the State Special Couriers Service, the Department of Penitentiary Institutions, and other institutions. Minister of the Interior Alexei Roibu said that until now the method of using physical strength, special means and firearms has been regulated by special laws. The adoption of the new law will enable to lay down common rules and define the particularities of the process of checking their correct use.
